These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Wildbloom Floral Studio. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

3. Products & availability

All products are subject to availability. Because flowers are natural and seasonal, the exact stems, colours and container shown may vary. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while matching the overall style and colour palette of your order as closely as possible.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable product pricing as displayed at the time of order. Delivery fees and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but if we discover an error we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. We accept major credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and timeframes are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We deliver within stated windows and are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including incorrect address details provided by you.

8. Cancellations, returns & refunds

9. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate delivery information, to ensure someone is able to receive the order where required, and to use our website lawfully. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the service.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, illustrations, logos and designs — is owned by or licensed to Wildbloom and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing law
