Here's everything you need to know about how, when and where we deliver your flowers.

1. Delivery areas

We offer same-day hand delivery across the Portland metro area, and nationwide courier shipping for selected bouquets and plants. Enter your postcode at checkout to see the options available for your address.

2. Same-day delivery & cut-off

Order before 1:00 pm local time for same-day delivery within our local zone, seven days a week. Orders placed after the cut-off are scheduled for the next available delivery day.

3. Delivery windows

Local deliveries arrive within broad morning (9am–1pm) or afternoon (1pm–6pm) windows so we can route efficiently and keep flowers fresh. We are unable to guarantee delivery at an exact time. Courier shipments are typically delivered within 2–4 business days depending on the service selected.

4. Delivery charges

Local delivery is a flat $8.50, and free on orders over $60. Nationwide courier rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service speed. All charges are shown clearly before you pay.

5. Recipient not available

If the recipient is not home, our driver will, where safe to do so, leave the order in a sheltered spot and notify you. For apartments or businesses, we may leave the order with a neighbour, concierge or reception. Signature-required orders that cannot be delivered will be rearranged, which may incur a re-delivery fee.

6. Accurate address details

Please double-check the delivery address, recipient name and any access instructions at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

7. Tracking & confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and a delivery confirmation once your order has been completed. Courier shipments include tracking where available.

8. International delivery

We currently deliver within the United States only and do not offer international shipping. If you'd like to send flowers abroad, please contact us and we'll do our best to recommend a trusted partner.

9. Delays beyond our control

Occasionally, severe weather, traffic or other events outside our control may affect delivery times. We'll always do our best to keep you informed and to get your flowers delivered as soon as possible.
